Tyre usage on 400e
I had a GLC 350e hybrid for a number of years, and got about 37k km (23k miles) from my summer tyres and about 23k km (14k miles) from my winter tyres.
Last year I bought a GLC 400e hybrid, which is obviously considerably heavier (2.5ton).
I had my summer tyres refitted today (they have done about 11k km/ 7k miles) and was somewhat alarmed when the garage said that they doubted that they would last 20k km in total (12.5k miles).
I'm a pretty conservative driver, and I wondered if others have had similar experiences.
Both sets of tyres are 20" Continentals, as recommended by MB.
