2025 GLC300 sun blinds cannot open automatically

2025 GLC300 sun blinds cannot open automatically
I just got a 2025 GLC300 for 2 weeks. When I tried to open the sun blinds today by swiping the button, instead of opening fully, it only opened a very short distance. I can keep swiping the button, but each time, it only opens at a very short distance. I tried to restart the vehicle or reset it to factory settings. All didn't work. I also checked the settings of the sun blinds in the settings menu, and it shows it is on, but I cannot change the settings.
I also googled online, the AI suggests to do a reset by holding the button for 4s, it also didn't work for me?
Is this some kind of setup issue or I need to book a service appointment to get it fixed?

OK. The same issue in the first post. I should book an appointment to get this fixed.
