Hello Everyone, I have a GLC 300e under waranty and few months ago the camera 360 started not working properly and show broken lines. I gave the car to dealer for multiple times to fix under warranty but dealer does not know how to fix it apparently!
Could anyone help me to fix the issue as it is very anoying and give incorrect images both and distorted both in the front camera (more evident) and back camera in top view.

I have seen this come and go on my car. I think it is just a matter of how the sun/light is hitting the cameras. Nothing is “broken”.

 

Actually it is broken. Even without sun.

Sorry, I see no extraneous lines on the photo you just posted. My friend with a Toyota is always saying how jealous he is of my Mercedes screen. Do you mean the red line?

 

I mean white lane marking (latest image) and parking marking from the top view image. Just highlight them. So obviously the whole image is shifted not only lines.

 

OK, now it is understandable what your problem is. Appears you also have image misalignment in the rear. I have not seen this reported, maybe someone else has. Try a search in this and other GLC forums. If your dealer can not fix this try contacting MB customer service.

 

I have the same issue and the dealer insisted that it's normal and there's nothing they can do other than a software update that made no difference.
