I have the 'Auxillary Battery Malfunction' on the display. I have replaced the unit but the fault display persists.. When I get into car the aoto stop/start symbol is yellow/amber. After 6/7 miles it changes to green and the stop start functions normally. When I stop/restart engine the symbol goes to yellow again and changes to green after approx 3 mile.
During the above I still have the 'Auxillary Battery Malfunction' showing every 5 seconds.
I have tried two new units (genuine MB) on the car so I am pretty sure that it could be something else.
Very much appreciate anyone's input / help.
