moonroof and driver seat issues
2025 GLC Coupe.
A month ago or so the sunroof/moonroof and its blind start misbehaving - only open an inch per swipe on the button. Same issue as described in this post: https://mbworld.org/forums/mercedes-...amic-roof.html
Nothing of the suggestions described online helped and the voice "assistant" is as useless as always when I ask it to open/close the roof or blind.
I was going to take it to the dealer to fix eventually but wasn't in a rush since it's not a major inconvenience.
But yesterday another issue appeared and I think they might be related: the driver seat recline and moving backwards and forwards is not working. It's not reclining as far forward as it needs to, when I manually move it forward using the button on the door it only goes a little and then stops. The saved memory seat positions no longer work, the auto-seat adjustment when a driver logs in is also not working. Tried both registered drivers, tried resetting the profile and going through the setup, incl. auto seat positioning based on the driver height... nothing.
I have a dealer service appointment on Monday and will let you know how it goes, just wanted to post here in case it happens to anyone else.
