I've got 21's on my 43 and have them set at 32 psi...no issues.

It does help the ride quite a bit, especially on the awful PA/NJ/DE roads. If you have good roads, it will be heaven. Then again, my last ride had runflats and they were awful...never buy another vehicle with them again.

Ain't the best photos so I apologize, need to adjust the links a little more. Surprised that the airamatic links in the rear wouldn't go lower. Thinking they didn't make them specifically for this GLC but that is just my opinion. Plan on taking the rears off again and shaving the threaded housing down so I can make them shorter. All and all its about an 1+ lower.

Nice job man! That looks awesome! What did you search on ebay to find the links. I couldn't find any for the GLC 63

Thank you! sure here is the link. Mind you I still haven't drove in race mode which usually lower her a little more. Will do some more measuring and post another photo sharing when its done as well as finding out if there is an issue with the links being designed for this model GLC

Ok so I haven't updated and have been posting on different thread about this car. All i can say is I've very happy with her and learning more about limits and would like to share..

We all know about the individual driver setting you can set but I'm always not happy since I want it a certain way in which Merc didn't allow specifically the engine/tran setting which. In order to have the trans down shifting sooner to help slow the car down as well as add the decel pops (which we all love) you need to be sport+ or race..... But the issue is it holds the rpm to high before shifting and this thing is fun do drive in a lower gear with all its "fun" torque. The best driving experience for all around use including fast driving as daily is (don't be shocked) comfort. Yes I know this sounds crazy but stays in a higher gear to allow you to use the torque instead of rev'ing the **** out of the motor. But you lose all the decel fun down shifting help and pops which sucks especially since Merc did an amazing job of matching the braking and speed of decel with these higher sports settings, seriously they are spot on. Which brings up the subject of manually shifting in sport+ or race mod.. Well that's not going to happen that easily since its a 9 speed there are only steering wheel shift paddles which blows for when you are turning which is always the time you want to be shifting a lower rpm to be in 2nd (1st gear is pointless for daily). Wishing the paddles were fixed to the column but we all know that's not going to happen lol. So with the above said, you can have you cake and eat it to with the settings imo.

Also i've been finding out the limits of the diff / awd, meaning i've been drifting and kicking the ***-end out trying to see how far Merc has allowed us to play with these hot rod. Seems you can easily get her to spin 180 around but I've had it shut down on me twice doing this, yes car shut off on its own lol. All traction was shut off completely and in sports+ or Race mod. Still need more time to play with but its still fun when you get it just right, so need to get on video. Its one AWD car you can actually have fun with. Thank you Mercedes!

Moving forward i'm at 840 miles and so looking to get these launch control activated by the dealer so I can do some Dragy runs. She feels like a high 11 or even mid 11 second stock whip if you can believe that. Time will tell, don't thin

Brad65ford, I’m right behind you at 750 miles and counting. I’m starting to dig in a bit here and there, nothing too long though. I drive in comfort mode in the morning, I like my neighbors, switch to sport around town, no need to wake up the LEOs. On the highway, I go into sport plus to hear this beast roar. I can’t wait for you to post some 60 times and quarter mile runs. I was surprised to read the Car and Driver got 3.3 and 11.7. Those are strong numbers. I’m going back to my detailer soon to look at front tint options. Illinois is a bit sticky on the front percentages. Are you thinking about blacking out the rear tailights? Talk about a full murdered out look. Both you and I are almost there now with our spec.

Right on! Keep me posted when you hit 1000 miles!

If C&R actually achieved 3.3 and 11.7 its more then what Merc is advertising for power, with a tune its possible to be below 3 second and low 11's for sure. There seems to be a lot of adjustable with rpm ranges which LC so its going to be interesting. Thinking of scheduling with the dealer to get this ball rolling, they mentioned having to purchase the first rear end service in order for this to be done. Surprised they are expecting thier customers to purchase a service after 1000 miles, seems stupid just like not having a jack in this car (go check we don't have one which is b.s. imo).

Regarding tinting, I just got mine back today after having the front windshield redone again since there was some blems and it now looks great. Yes I so want to wrap all chrome and even the running boards some how, didn't think about the tail lights but Merc should have went darker like Audi does with their black out package. Originally I wanted to remove the running boards but they actually keep the cars body clean by the shape, thinking they will look better all black. So need the rim lips done in black as well.

I knew about the lack of a jack. My service advisor told me. You actually need a special tool to remove the center caps to get to the lugs on the RWE forged rims. He said in almost every case, you are calling Mercedes roadside assistance. Couldn’t argue with that. I still have the special AMG window sticker in the upper left front that explains the 1,000 mile rear diff service. They want to clear the fluid from residual metal shavings that build up. I get it, but a $250 service should be complimentary for a car around $100k. Can’t wait to see your front tint. I like the running boards and don’t mind the contrast against the black. I’ll keep looking at tail light options. LC on this should be spectacular with AWD.

You should be able to access launch control anyway, has nothing to do with a diff service.

Try it, what happens when you are in race and hold the brake hard, then floor it?

i really do not know how both of you are so disciplined. I would literally drfive out of town to get out of break-in period. Thankfully, texas is pretty big and houston to new orleans is 700 round trip.

Well..... no of that happened or did I do correctly. Believe I've hit 140 already with mine. Only thing I've done correctly is weight for warm up temp.

It may not be meeting some condition, but out of all the cars we've sold at our dealer, not one has needed race start "enabled".

I don't know if there is a mileage lockout, but in general, if all the conditions are met (temps up, right modes, doors closed, etc), then it will give race start.
