but for the cost of those, if not getting it used in the secondary market, I would just go with aftermarket 22"

Yes they should fit. Rears sit the same distance out as the 43's, the extra 1/2" goes in. Fronts sit out further, might poke a bit without putting 63 front fenders on.

I have seen people selling those wheels on ebay, but I haven't seen any non-OEM knock-offs of those ones.
