Hello all. I noticed that when lifting the floor of the trunk to reveal the storage compartment, the only things that I'm finding are an air pump, tow hook, a cargo net, and a first aid kit. I believe the car was also supposed to have come equipped with two safety vests. Am I missing anything else that I should report to my sales representative? I have the 21 inch rims with the Continental tires. Thanks very much in advance.

 

I actually noticed in the owners' manual that the car should come equipped with the easy pack load securing kit (which I believe are telescoping bars to help organize or secure items) as well as a parcel net (which appears to be different from a cargo net). Did everybody here receive those items with your car? Thanks very much.

 

Would imagine it depends on which model and specification you have, the handbook is generic and covers all models

You can either stand up for your rights or fold and let them win. I choose to win. Also, does your vehicle have "acoustic glass" on the driver and passenger windows? If not, have them install them. Makes a difference in wind noise from the mirrors. There is a TSB regarding this. My service writer never questioned the request and the mechanic I always use installed them. Good luck.
