GLC Delivery - Start to Finish - First Rate

I wanted to share my experience now that I have signed my paperwork and technically own my 2018 GLC63S (in process of transport to Chicago). Similar to many of you following the GLC63 sub-forum, I have been patiently awaiting the release, starting back last July in my case. And what a roller coaster of an experience it has been. I started with one dealer, but after a few early hiccups, I decided to go in a different direction. Both Shahul and Steve at EuroMotors Germantown have been a great resource on the forum, so I decided to move forward with them, and I can say that my experience has been incredible. I am not soliciting on their behalf, I am simply relaying my experience working with two incredibly knowledgeable and helpful car enthusiasts. If you are looking to buy an AMG, you want to know your sales team knows their product. And these guys know their product and focus on their customer. I suggest you PM those guys, I did and today I own a GLC63S.

At first I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle from an out-of-state dealer, but I can truly say that my experience has been great. At the end of the day, its all about the attention and experience of your sales representative. Shahul took me through the sales process and Steve took my through the delivery experience. EuroMotors Germantown is a first rate dealership. The finance manager (Pedro) was a pleasure to deal with and completely fair, transparent and upfront throughout the process. I know many on the forum have their dealers and their sales representatives, I am simply sharing my experience through the sales, financing and delivery process for those on the forum actively considering a new MB and who might not have "their dealer" or "their sales representative." I have found this forum to be a wealth of knowledge and find most of the posts helpful. I know everyone is chasing the best deal and many posts focus on pricing, but in my opinion, buying an AMG is also about the experience and having a team that knows their product and their customer. I am a big fan of recognizing people for exceptional service and will continue to remain active on the forum sharing my experience with my new GLC63S. I will post pics when I can. First step is to get full front PPF and ceramic coating. The journey has only begun.

Nice, very very nice. It's good to hear that dealers are willing to treat people first-rate, When they're spending that type of money.

Car delivered today. Looks amazing, drives smooth, and sounds even better. Shahul arranged for expedited delivery to front door. Talk about dealer service. First stop Monday morning to Chicago Auto Pros for full front Xpel PPF, followed by full exterior Modesta ceramic coating, including wheels and calipers. I’ll post pics once everything is done. Finally the wait is over, just in time for Spring.
