Looking to buy a GLC
GLC63S Attempts to Set Lap Record at The 'Ring
Mercedes has the GLC 63S on the Nurburgring this week attempting to set the track record for an SUV. Here's a brief clip.

they should be using the coupe since it is lower and has less drag.

I agree. The coupe may not allow them to qualify for the SUV record. Here is a link to an article.
