I did this on our 43 and it is NOT a direct swap. There is cutting required on the AMG flare because they are longer. Some tabs line up but the ones near the bumper don't and you will need some double sided tape. The flares are very expensive (1500 is what I paid) so you got to know what you're getting yourself into.

Like Radride mentioned , cutting and removing tab is needed but it's possible .
If you google GLC 63 fenders flare you can find a vendor selling a set .
I got a quote for $380 shipped and quality seems good .
