This is my custom made downpipes. I had some non-catted downpipes from my C63. I order 2 highflow cats (Vibrant 7830's) and had them welded on. Be sure if you go this route that the Cats are attached at the lowest point of the downpipes. I was told if they are put too close to the top by the turbos they can melt them from getting so hot... I will try and get some drive by videos but havent had time to do so.
Here you are:
What percentage on the fronts ? Did you do the windshield too? That’s next on my list.
I went with 35% blends in nicely with the rear oem privacy glass in the back. No I didn’t do the windshield, not a fan of it.
I noticed your from Chicago... When your ready to get yours done go to Umbra window tinting in Schaumburg and talk to Nino. Top notch workmanship and customer service.
Decided to tint the headlights. They have a new company that is making smoked clear bra. Product looks like paint and is crystal clear like glass.
Going full on black out...nice! Is this http://www.autoflexcoatings.com/spray-shield/ the "paint PPF" you're talking about. Someone over on Bimmerpost did this to an M2 and looks amazing.
Those are Continental SportContact 6 OEM equipped with 20" on the GLC63. 265/45 front and 295/45 rear. I love meaty fitments and this one doesn't disappoint. Thank you!
notice the rear were also 45 series. Is that typo or correct size?thanks

It is actually called STEK. Really great product but very expensive.
Also, I dropped off my GLC today to Oceanside Motorsports today. I scored a Black Friday (15% Off) from weistec for the stage 2 turbos and they are reflashing Ecu as well.
Oceanside Motorsports is very excited to have this project dropped in their lap!!

Watched your video, sounds and looks great. Tell me about your exhaust. Looks like your exhaust actually extends to and through the trim in the rear bumper, not just fake trim finishers made to look like the actual exhaust. It really bothers me having those fake exhaust tips in the rear bumper, although they are much more real looking than many of the "fake" exhaust finishers form other manufacturers.
Not sure if just my browser or what (Firefox), but that website is setting off my Norton anti-virus software like crazy. A shame because they look to have some cool stuff. Be careful...

My exhaust is same as everyone else’s.
All I did was put downpipes in which doesn’t change anything from them back

do you have a GLC63? all 63 exhausts are true and through to tips

I am pretty sure they are just like my E63s and my old C63s. The exhaust tips are built into bumper.
I havent looked at them in depth but I am almost positive they are built into bumper. My car is at the shop during turbos so if anyone can stroll out to their garage/driveway let me know the verdict.
Either way I dont care if they are fake tips or all the way through. Car still sounds amazing.

crazy. i thought it was truly part of the exhaust system unlike the non-AMG models.

The tips are separate and screwed into the bumper. There is a single outlet from each muffler that goes into a large opening on the decorative part. But they are definitely separate.
