What did you to your GLC 43/63 today?

i have a GLC63. If you look in through the exhaust tips you see that there is a single exhaust on both sides that terminate before the double tips built into the bumper. The double tips are not actually connected to the exhaust. The angle of the video made it look like his were actual double tip exhaust, not just the finishers. I took a picture and found mine to be the same as his. See picture below.

Just a pic of my new GLC63! Picked her up a few days ago and haven't stopped loving it - going to tint the front two windows, matte black wrap around the chrome of the windows and roof rails and thinking about doing some exhaust work.
Anything else I should do?

I test fit bad ideas today.
Now that i know certainly that 18" wheels would not work.

As far as what I did to mine today, dropped it off for paint correction, CQuartz, and tints.

Do you experience crabbing with those tires and the lower? I have the exact same rims and tires and have issues with crabbing every day. I want to lower it but a little cautious because I have a feeling it will only get worse.

there's still some crabbing, although less. temperatures went up slightly today in dallas so i cannot qualitatively credit reduction to lowering.

Go right in and drive it. Break in period is a bit of a hoax. I believe they say 1000 miles so people get to know the power of the car. Run it hard and get all those gaskets sealed

I like the way you think haha! Have you tried launch control since going over 1000? I’m assuming that feature is “unlocked” when that happens. I have messed around with doing it now but I don’t get any screen pop up.

I have driven it normal straight from the get go. I had gotten on it getting on highways etc. I took it to the 1/8th mile with 1200 miles then again to the 1/4 mile after I tuned it at about 2000 miles. Car has 2800 miles on it now and the upgraded turbos are happening. The car gets continuously faster in the first 3000 miles as the ecu is learning. After my tune it ran a little weird but after a few pulls down the 1/4 mile I could feel it really coming alive.

What tune did you do? After I get some exhaust work done, that is my next project.

ugh, cannot wait. Im still cautious about like fully depressing the brake and gas pedal with only 550 miles on the car, but its comforting to hear that its alright to go above 85mph and 4500rpm every now and then.

I went with Weistec. I really like the facility, very professional in their work and love the work they have put out. If you are thinking of a simple tune I would go with eurocharged. It’s effortless through OBD2.
It is all by preference of company. If there is a Mercedes Delaership that offers Renntech I would choose that because they will still let the car in for service and warranty work.

It is actually called STEK. Really great product but very expensive.
Also, I dropped off my GLC today to Oceanside Motorsports today. I scored a Black Friday (15% Off) from weistec for the stage 2 turbos and they are reflashing Ecu as well.
Oceanside Motorsports is very excited to have this project dropped in their lap!!
Should be finished up sometime next week.
