Rear bumper trim

Rear bumper trim
Hi all,
I noticed something on my car (GLC43 AMG) as I walked past the driveway a few days back I wanted to get some opinions:
I noticed that the lower section of the rear bumper/trim had come-away from the upper section - as if clips had detached. Photographs attached (apologies for the state of the car in these pictures......it is in desperate need of a wash!).
I tried to push it back in over the weekend but the whole bumper bows in so stopped as i didn't want to do any damage. I tried to find diagrams of the bumper online to see if the issue is with clips or whether someone has tapped the back of my car with something causing the bumper to distort.
Do i just need to be a bit more confident / forceful with pushing the trim back or wait until the car goes in to the dealership for servicing etc...?
Thanks,
Jon

Thanks again all,
Just a quick update - I took the car into my local dealership over the weekend. One of the technicians came out and had a quick look at the bumper. He said that he would try to fix it for me whilst I waited.
Ten minutes later - the bumper was fixed........not bad at all considering that I didn't have an appointment.
One happy customer!
