I'm confused as to why they didn't show the GLC 43 facelift. Those likely sell in higher numbers so I'm surprised they didn't debut the car along with the 63 models. As far as I know there aren't any immediate upcoming auto shows until late summer (though correct me if I'm wrong), so I don't know when they intend to debut the GLC 43.
I'm intending to buy the 43 facelift model and going to NYC on Friday, so it's disappointing that it won't be there.

But isn't the 43 and 63 the same as far as body styling?
So happy with my 2019 GLC63. Glad that follow up got uglier and not better looking than ours.
I cant believe you guys like the new head lamps and horrible tail lights. It has visible squares there now when lights are on.

Ours look more menacing.
Much prefer the new look. Rear diffuser is a massive improvement. Interior in the preface lift was a massive issue for me
Lol at the 19 owner for ******* the headlights... ok that’s fine but the Command system is kinda garbage compared to the MBUX... I’ll take a less aggressive headlight... 😏
New version looks like crap. Both front and back lights look awful and worse than the 2019 version.
The Mazda 3 on the other hand, now that's a nice car. Seriously though, if you're ditching your Mercedes and going to an import, why not a Lexus SUV or something like that? Maybe none of my business but curious why you'd go from your 43 to something half the price. The Mazdas (most of their line up) are pretty good but to go from something $60k plus to $25k will be a huge difference in vehicle.
Jaguar just introduced the F-Pace SVR with a 5.0 liter V8 with 550hp so the GLE SUV should be offered in the S-Model in the US to compete with it and the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio with 510HP

the GLC non S competes just fine with the Stelvio... I test drove both this weekend (back to back) and walked away feeling unimpressed by the Alfa, but had a grin ear to ear after the GLC...
MBUX, has gotten mixed reviews. Mercedes will probably have it figured out in the next generation. To some people it's very important to have the latest tech. The early adopters always pay a price and are really just beta testers. The only "upgrade" I would be interested in on the 20 glc is slippery mode.
The front is uglier, The rear is uglier, the wheels are uglier. To each his own. Land of the free.

The car pictured at New York show is a SUV S-Model so prolly not gonna see those wheels on the US non S-Model. The 2019 GLC63S coupe has 6 wheel styles so maybe more wheel styles to choose from on the 2020's.
