AMG GLC63's DO NOT HAVE RUN FLAT TIRES OR A JACK
She drove it slowly home and I called Mercedes asking about driving the car further because the rim looked mighty close to the road. The Mercedes service rep had be look at the tire and it is not a run flat tire. The car has the 21" Perelli PZero's and when I bought the car I asked where's the jack and the spare tire? I was told no spare,no jack that the car had run flat tires on it. So I gave it no more thought. The dealership sent a roll back and brought the car in to replace the tire. The car has about 6500 miles on it and the tires are about half worn out. So I thought why spend $300 now for a tire and $1200 in another year to replace all of them. Why not just replace all of them now with true run flat tires. The Mercedes service rep spent the next hour calling everyplace known looking for 21" run flat tires that would fit my car. As of now....There aren't any!!
So just a heads up. If any GLC63 with 21" rims as far as I and my service rep know. Gets a flat that needs more than just air. You will have to be towed in. Unless you go buy a spare tire and a jack.

Plus you are correct, not easy to find replacements so you are really stranded. Traded the car in yesterday after two miserable years. First thing I looked for was a decent spare tire and a quite ride.
I was driving on highway 5 in the middle of nowhere when I stopped for gas and saw a nail in the middle inside the tire tread .I was not losing air .
Kept going for another 300+ miles and stop to a tire shop . The guy remove the nail , by chance ,the tire was not punctured but made me think of getting a spare when I go for long trip .
I found that we only can go with a 19 inch spare , 18 inch won't free caliper .
A friend of mine as a GLS 63 AMG who has a spare 19 X 41/2 ET 40 for the rim and 155 X 80 X 19 for the tire
Those spare are in GL GLE GLS 550 and the older ML
I am confident they will fit the 43
I also played little bit with the spare from my Audi S4 19 inch spare 19 X 4 ET 22 for the rim and 125 X 70 X 19 for the tire
Tire from the Audi fit in the trunk space
Now I have to borrow my friend spare and see if it fit
Here is picks of the S4 spare in the trunk space
I didn't try if the S4 spare fit the GLC , maybe !
In case I will have a flat tire, this might be a last chance solution.

It's a collapsible.....but a spare nonethe less

In the picture above under RZX it defines R02, R66 below the 20" AMG Y 5-Spoke and the description of those codes is in the black footer bottom of the page. My understanding is that the MOE Tires Extend Mobility is a run flat tire. Just no compact spare tire (690) listed as in the Canadian ordering guide picture. We pay tire tax here in Alberta and when we wrote up the order I paid $4.00 per tire for 5 tires ($20.00) on the invoice.

yes, MOE is run flat. I guess you’re right that only the rzx has run flat tires, the others get non run flat with tire sealant?
also, the spare tire is listed on page 63 of the US DOG as a stand-alone option of $200.
