Wow, that is a pretty good time. I know, it's about a $48,000.00 replacement engine . It has gone through my mind a million times. I did buy the car to go quick. So, I am probably going with Eurocharged stage 2 and downpipes. I have never tuned a car before and I hope that is enough. If not, the plan is to send out the turbos and get a new intake and a few other supporting parts. But, let's see what happens after the tune. I am using all Eurocharged parts and they say I get a $50k warranty on my engine for 2 years (I know they probably won't pay, but it makes me feel a little better). I will find out tomorrow for sure if that is the plan.
Wow, that is awesome! I just checked out the tcu/cpc module you listed. Do you feel that made the difference? Do you feel it is too much torque that may cause you problems later?

The CPC makes a huge difference. I ran a 12.0@114 before the TCU/CPC. It's definitely a lot more torque, I wouldn't call it too much. But then again, I just came from a 700hp/700tq Audi S8 so my baseline maybe skewed.
2019 GLC 63S here, all stock with the AZ Motorsport Stage 1 Tune, went to the track yesterday and did a best of 11.133 at 120.31
Very happy with the results.

Man, some of you guys are ripping awesome times. I'm definitely going to upgrade the turbos, downpipes, and get Water/meth injection with a 91 tune. I will 100% get before and after dyno sheets.
