Secondary cat delete kits?

Seems as though many c63(s) w205 diy'ers whom are doing secondary cat delete are extremly successfully (yes no cell), which yields a little more sound and performance for low cost. Ideally if a catted dp only costed 500 bucks than no one would be mentioning this but that is not the case they are about 2+ grand. Those that are ok with cat-less can get away with 1k but this isn't about going that route.

Here are some threads about the cat delete on the c63's

These are some pics I found that someone created that would work for us but no one makes them.. yet.. So in short, can we find someone willing to create these lol.

Well Brad, nice to find your old thread again and nice to have you back lol. Finally did this and would have done the same on the last 2 GLC63's I had. For anyone searching here you go, so so so easy to do and worth the little time and effort, sound amazing!

"Remove the mid-pipe (H-pipe), which involves just four clamps and a clip, you'll have easy access to the catalytic converters. Using a small crowbar, you can break away the material. The entire process took me about 45 minutes from start to finish. It's one of the most worthwhile free mods I've done in a long time!" Enjoy!

By break away the material, do you mean break out the secondary converter material?

I would like to find someone who can make the ball flanges that are on Mercedes. A female end on my W204 has broken off and I cannot locate a replacement, i've been ordering various size ball flange kits and trying to see if they will work. I've yet to find a kit specifically for Mercedes.

Im also currently considering doing this delete and seen your post about gutting it on the car... have you had any issues since? how did you get all the junk out? Also was there just honeycomb or any wire mesh behind on the rear side (nearest)? Thanks for your time
