2020 GLC63
TCU Tune

I am thinking out loud, here, looking for some wisdom from my fellow junkies. In the never ending needless quest for more power for a MY2020 GLC63, could a TCU tune provide the same performance gains as a standard ECU motor tune without a TCU tune? Somehow in my reading, it almost sounds like the MY2020 is more governed in its ability to lay down its factory power...let alone a motor tune for an extra 80-110 HP. If one could only get a single tune, which should it be for improved performance on the street?

I understand any ECU tune to be detectable if the factory has a reason to search. But does the TCU tune leave a detectable trace?

A TCU is just a second ECU so yes, it is detectable.

I don't really think a TCU tune alone will release power that isn't there but that would be a good question for AMP or Eurotuned.
