going to be out of warranty, keep or sell?
My GLC43 is 47k miles now and has no problem so far. Is it good to keep it after warranty or trade in for a new one? Have no idea about the reliability of GLC, need suggestions, please.

Well, that depends. 
Can you afford out-of-warranty repairs, comfortably? If so, keep. If not:
Have you checked on extended warranty options? There are many.
Are you the kind of person who normally keeps cars for a long time or up to high mileage? If so, keep.
As long as you keep the regular service intervals, most modern cars are fairly reliable.
But as a luxury/Sport SUV, the repairs would not be cheap, if you need them.
