First Benz in the family and also first child, so I am completely "naked" here.
I am going to install a Cybex car seat with a Cloud Z base.
My questions is on the Isofix caps:
1) do I have to push them in so that they enter the isofix hole like this and remain in that backwards position indefinitely ->
2) or I have to lift them upwards and the cover should face front or eventually remove the cover
To be honest I tried to find some info or video, but nothing.
I guess it's the first option with the push in as it feels more natural , lifting the cap up definitely has some kind of resistance that I guess might lead to breaking.
Just push them in. We have a seat for our granddaughter and I simply push the seat buckles into to isofix attachment points without touching the cover (I.e., just push them in). We have removed/ reinstalled the car seat with no problems.
