GLC 63s rim fitment question

Hello, I have a 2021 GLC63s with the factory 21” black forged cross spoke AMG rims in a staggered setup.

I’m looking at some used rims locally to me that I could pick up for winter use. The used rims are the GLC43 factory 21” with a staggered setup.

I need help determining if they will work. Here is a pic of an example of the rims I’m looking at.

here are the specs that I believe are for these rims.
Front: 8.5J x 21 ET 40 A2534012000
Rear: 9.5J x 21 offset 22. A2534012800

here are the specs for the factory forged cross spoked:
Front: 9.5Jx21 ET30 (p/n A25340140007X71)

Rear: 10Jx21 ET28 (p/n A25340141007X71)

I know the bolt pattern and rim diameter are good. But not sure on the backspacing. Also not sure on rim width.

I’d be putting on Pirelli scorpion winter tires in sizes 265/40 front and 295/35 rear. I already own these tires in this size so that parts already set. I’m also pretty sure these tires in those sizes will fit the glc43 rim widths no problem.

Thoughts??
