Modding factory GLC 43 (non-performace) Exhaust
Trying to see what I can do to my 16" GLC 43 AMG. I've searched and searched, but haven't been able to find an example so I finally thought I'd ask the question: Has anyone done a resonator delete and replaced the factory muffler with two smaller (but still quieter) performance ones? I find the current kits offered up so expensive compared to what I'm used to from my LS days! I'm more after getting slightly better sound and if there's a performance gain then great, but that's not the main focus. I'm also long past the days of having a true dual x-pip setup, long tubes, and a 112 LSA. I plan on reaching out to a few shops here in the UK to see what they advise, but I like to start on the forums first.
Really sad to see the lack of offerings for our vehicles in general. I've looked at head port and polishing, cams, turbo upgrades, CAIs, suspension, etc.... options are so limited. I'm not looking to build a beast, but still, options would be nice. Currently, I've only done a Superchips UK Stage 1 tune, panamericana grill, IMI-1000 Car Play kit, and the AMG logo puddle lights.
