just wondering: we are tentatively planning on coming out with a rear exhaust section for the GLC 63 in full titanium. This will be with 3" tubing as opposed to the OEM 2.75 and you will be able to use your oem actuators. This will be just the rear section with the H-crossover, looking for interested parties. This is a full titanium product, the 3" piping with the titanium tone is going to make this something extra special. We were considering doing a full Ti- system but that would be about $4500 and would need at least 5 committed persons.
The rear box system is a great way to bring out the roar. Looking at $2500 for the rear Ti-system. We also have CEL free downpipes as well in development.
yes, we have done so for a private label: please reach out to us at logosengineering@yahoo.com and get you some sample pics. Also: We will post the CAD renders here when we are ready to release the real deal.
What would be the weight savings vs the OE system ? I dont want much louder than stock, just lighter
Will your upcoming CEL free downpipes be available with High Flow Cats ?

The system will be (an average) of at least 20lbs (or more) lighter with most of that weight savings coming from the OEM rear suitcase which is pretty heavy in of itself.
the db loudness will be most likely 2db over the stock system, but what we are really aiming for is tone. The tone will be slightly deeper with a wider range of overtones, all this with a slight technical pitch to the sound because of the titanium- as TI as a delicious undertone to exhaust sounds especially on v8s.
The DP's will be 250 cell count, and will use premium cats from ECCOCAT italty.

Yes good call! Its more like 2-5 DB with more like the 5db range. Hard to tell because we have not built it yet- but we are aiming at tone as opposed to flat out loudness. We want to aim for AMG GT type tones. We are willing to hold a meet and greet with the first person to fit this for us. If you are in the NYC tri state area we can set something up in Westchester.
The finish is going to be raw TI. We are aiming for a very OEM look: reference the OEM BMW m5 Performance exhaust and you'll see what we mean.
Also the good thing is we can offer it with a valve kit for those who do not have the OEM PE. the price will go up but not by much for the valve kit.
an update= We are in production :-) here is an overlay with the OEM system, see how we smoothed out this curved part. Also here is the final system in its CAD glory, we had to add the structural bar to make construction a bit easier since it has a H-section and can not make it into 2 parts (the H-section, not the overall exhaust). This enables us to add more stability for a solid piece (dont worry this will be TI- as well and hollow). As a reminder the system will be a full 3" - it will have a more GTR like tone to it as well as the free flowing pipes ( once the valves are open) will bypass the muffler case.
