18 GLC 63s rear right shuddering in first gear.
Hi fellas.
Has anyone has this issue. The shuddering is from the rear right drive. I was told these 63s differentials are bullet proof but clearly something is wrong.
Is your tire wear equal on all 4 ?
My '19 GLC63s had a rear right wheel bearing go out around 15k miles, this occurred just after a loud "clunk" noise came from the rear right of the car during a left U-Turn.
Also I am experiencing very hard shifts from 1-2-3, from 2nd to 3rd I can feel the engagement under hard acceleration & it feels like it's coming from more on the rear right side..
I have not felt any shudder though? Mine was making a ticking noise @ slow speeds when the bearing went out.
Not to steal the thread with other issues, but wondering if all these are related to the rear drive Diff? (Obviously not the bearing issue, but what's different from left to right rear drive train that could effect only the right side ?)
