GLC43 - 73K miles - misfire and flash CEL

GLC43 - 73K miles - misfire and flash CEL
Temperatures have been close to freezing here in MA. Started the car from a stop and applied partial gas in 'C' mode and the vehicle hesitated and CEL flashed. Pulled over, turned off/on the car, problem went away.
Upon scanning the codes, I got:
ECM - Engine Control Module(ME) 2 problems exist
1.P030022 Combustion misfiring has been detected. The signal amplitude is greater than the maximum amplitude.
2.P030100 Combustion misfiring of cylinder 1 has been detected.
Any thoughts on what may be the problem?

No it's not tuned...
Where are the cam sensor connectors? Any pics/diagrams/etc.? I think I have the MB parts diagrams so any pointers would help.
The other thing I can think of -- 3K miles ago I did the plugs myself (but not the coils) and it's been running fine. Could it be that maybe the coils are going?

Yes, coils degrade on all engines. I replaced coils on my 3.5NA M276 V6 and it made a difference in smoothness, as it would on any engine. 6 years old and nearly 50k miles is a reasonable ignition coil change interval.
