Front cam cover leaks - GLC43

When getting my scheduled oil change the dealer identified the two front covers are leaking oil. Car has 75K miles...they are asking around $2500 to re-seal them.

Are there any links to see how complex this job is? Any pointers from anybody here who has done it? I've done the spark plugs, brakes on this car with no issues (although the sparkplug stuff was a little time consuming).

Thank you all!

Front cam cover leaks - GLC43

Funny, I just left the Dealership for Oil change and dropped off my car 2019 GLC 43 and got the same infomation. My question, is this the same thing as the Cam Covers that they tried to charge me $900.00 for on my 2010 C 300 and my 2007 SLK 280? Which by the way I changed myself for $25.00 in parts and 1 Hour time on each twice?

Mine is just over 76k and I recently noticed mine are leaking, too. I take mine to an independent garage because the prices are WAY better! I just need to book it in. If I remember, I’ll let you know what it costs me.
