2019 GLC63s Mercedes Me Not Working
Just picked this baby up. We love it. Had a GLC43 prior but wanted the real AMG. The previous owner prepaid for the app for another 2.5 years from now. Awesome. Car starter worked flawlessly for 6 weeks. I then installed Apple CarPlay and now the Mercedes Me app doesn’t try see the car, can’t lock the doors even though it does lock them but the car doesn’t talk back to the app. We’ve removed and reinstalled the app dozens of times but it still won’t work. We went to the dealer and they said the Hermes’ unit is fine and communicating. They did replace the main battery but nothing. Opened up a case with Mercedes and they haven’t been able to remedy the issue. Should I remove the CarPlay and see if things return to normal? Why would that affect the app?

I also can’t get onto the internet either. I’m not sure if that used to work or not.

Apparently it was a huge Mercedes Me outage. It lasted over 2 weeks. The issue now has been resolved and the app works flawlessly.
