CEL for P2407 EVAP error - how do I inspect this on my own?
Hi All - I have a 2020 GLC AMG43 with a check engine light (CEL). Only 16,000 miles.
My OBDII scanner shows this code:
P2407: Evaporative Emission System Leak Detection Pump Sense Circuit Intermittent/Erratic
I'd like to check the wires and connections myself before going to the dealer, but I don't know where any of these are: leak detection pump, purge valve, charcoal canister, or anything else in the system. Before someone asks, yes I've made sure the gas cap is on securely!
Anyone have a link to a repair manual, or some advice here? Dealer repairs are expensive!
