Eliminated rattles inside my GLC

When I owned my 2018 GLC43, I found and successfully eliminated some rattles inside the vehicle. Lot of the rattles happened while driving on potholes or when the road resonance matched with vehicle, especially on highways.
1. Installed foam pad with sticky back inside front cup holder base and storage area to eliminate material hitting the plastic and rattling. Bought the foam pad from Michaels. But you can find it at Walmart or Amazon. Also installed it inside the sunglasses holder.
2.I noticed metal rattling inside the rear C pillars in the trunk area. I opened the covers and located it to the seat belt assembly. Unfortunately it is a Mercedes feature. There is a small metal ball inside a plastic cover and the ball is there for safely operating the seatbelts during a vehicle rollover. I cannot change anything on the seatbelt assembly but I unbolted the whole assembly and put some towels/padding and bolted it back in, so that the vehicle vibrations get dampened and do not transfer to the seatbelt assembly.
3. While installing the dash cam wiring inside the A pillar, I noticed a spare electrical clip that was floating and hitting the metal pillar causing rattling while driving even on somewhat smooth roads and highways. It did not look like it was going anywhere and had a blue tape on it. I added more tape and taped it to the A pillar. Photo attached.

For the up holders, I had to put mine on the sides to get a snug fit for cups. The plastic push pieces are too flimsy and not as firm.

I had that issue with the sunroof as well. Grabbed a roll of half-inch padded foam tape and shoved a crap load into the gap between the ceiling and the sunroof. Especially in the front there were a bunch of wires that I think were the culprit, but six years later still no sunroof rattle.

Not the exact stuff I bought but this would work

Can't take pics right now, but when you're sitting in the car you'll notice a gap in the roof between the ceiling and the sunroof itself. Your fingers can fit into the gap between it and the sunroof mechanism. In the front, (toward the windshield-facing side) you'll feel some wires. I think those were rattling. I cut off a bunch of pieces of tape (maybe 4-6" each) and started shoving them in that gap wherever they would go. I did peel off the plastic to expose the sticky side so it wouldn't move around or come out. And because I had so much extra tape I kept going around nearly the entire sunroof opening. It doesn't affect how the sunroof operates in any way, and because the foam is black you can't see it at all.

Basically, go sit in your car, look up, and the cutout in the ceiling is a rectangle, right? Shove the foam tape in the gap above it. There's no science to it

Also, the link I posted is to a two-pack, but honestly you can get away with one 6 foot roll. I just posted the first link I found.
