The 12v battery is located under the floor beneath the driver's seat; the 48v battery is beneath the right hand side second row floor (at least that's where they are on the 450).

As I said, that's where it is for the 450 (forgot the 350D does not have EQ Boost). I believe it will show you the location if you scan one of the the emergency QR codes (inside driver's door jamb or fuel filler flap).

This is for the 450, not the 350D. AFAIK the main battery should be in the same location, under the driver's seat, but I am not certain. Not sure what you mean by auxiliary battery - there is a small standby battery at the right rear of the car.

i have scanned QR codes and the diagramme shows same as yours but there is no second battery.

i Still dont know what to do.

The 350D has no second battery. Only the 450 with EQ Boost has a second battery.
