No runflats and no spare?

First you need to see if you have an access point and room for the spare. It is a mini spare (not good for much) and also needs an inflator....it goes in a storage area covered by the third row so where would you put it? It might be more practical to carry a full size in the small rear hatch area or even on top if you can get a roof rail setup. There are covers for tires that might keep the tire from getting dirt on other things and look better. Might even fit in third row. I haven’t really looked at a third row but from the pics it seems like they eliminated the spare for lack of a place to put it.
I’ll look at my spare when I get home and post a picture and part number if one is available...unless someone can do it sooner.

It must vary by model. Mine came with the folding-type spare, not an fully inflated compact spare.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

We did a test drive with another GLE350 with runflats 19", and it was considerably louder and more harsh on broken roads. We were really surprised to hop into the 21" non-run-flat and got a smoother ride, way smoother. We took the risk and banking on roadside assistance if anything happens.

I have the Compact spare with 12 volt inflator as pictured in post 33 above. It has a larger wheel than the one Greg has and will be closer to the factory size once inflated. There is no visible part number but here's a source for OEM parts in the US. If you can't find what you need you might email them and also ask if they will ship to you. https://www.mercedesoem.parts/
Also both had steel suspension.

Hope it works this time.
