GLE450 lumbar support.

Hi everyone, great forum, I have a gle 450 and I am finding the lumbar support adjustment is non existent, can someone try it and let me know how pronounced the adjustment should be. Also the air balance feature doesn't issue any fragrance although it is clearly switched on, seems to be quite a common fault.
