2020 GLE 350
I have just over 4000 miles on the vehicle and have averaged 22.6 mpg since taking delivery. That is a calculated number and is NOT the display number. I took it on one 800+ mile trip to Canada and only averaged 23.6 mpg (calculated) of mostly highway driving.

2020 GLE350 4MATIC (W167)
7-seater configuration, 275/50 R20 tires, extended-range runflats, Bridgestone Alenza, 32 PSI, 2-3 people maximum, 30 pounds of camping stuff in trunk (Chairs/stove/food)
Driving style: Relaxed, comfort mode, 91 grade gasoline from Shell/Chevron only.
City traffic: 16 mpg
Highway: 24 mpg, sprints upto 75 mph (SFO-Las Vegas)
Best mpg till date: 27mpg highway, maximum speed limited to 55 mph (Local CA-1 drives/national park), frequent manual upshifting to M-9 whenever possible (Mostly lugging the engine and not in turbo band), S mode with lower gears while driving on grades/twisties.
It will be helpful if we can post tire specifications and load in car. 31 mpg examples above suggests to me that the tires are 19", 255 section.

I used two tanks of fuel on the 834 mile trip. The first display showed 22.3 mpg and the 2nd showed 24.2 mpg. I reset mine after each fill. The GLE only has one trip odometer so you cannot do a tank by tank on one (trip A) and an overall trip on another (trip B) like on all other vehicles I have owned.

On the highway I get about 32 MPG and 640 miles to the tank with cruise at 74MPH. Just make a 700 mile drive to Florida and back, so those numbers are legit. In the city, I average around 25MPG.
