GLE 450 4 MATIC

Unable to save Home/POI/Work Addresses

Anyone else having a problem saving their home/favorite POI addresses on the GLE 450? The Mercedes voice command asks me for a home address, I enter it and then it says "No Home address has been saved". Anyone else seeing this? Doing it via keyboard entry also doesn't seem to work. It doesn't even save previous destinations that I visited.
