where is the BATTERY located?
2020 GLE350
installed a dashcam and fiddled around with various fuseboxes
realized ... i can't find the battery
is it in the engine bay? under a seat? somewhere else?
the owner's manual does not specify
a youtube video for an older model shows it being under the passenger seat but it doesn't appear to be the case on the 2020... or am i just missing it?

Page 481 of the manual. It's on the passenger side, near the fire wall.
There's a cover over a positive spade lug -- not very conventional, but convenient, and isolates the jumper connections from each other.

i am pretty sure i lifted the black plastic/rubber cover and the battery was not there
maybe i was rushing and didn't look hard enough ... but i was baffled because the battery was not where i expected it to be (in the engine bay or in trunk area)
also, the battery jump points are located on the driver's side on my wife's car, which appears to be opposite of the diagram in the manual
