GLE 2020 strange operations

I have a 2020 GLE 350 US model and have found a few issues. First one is the lock buttons on the door handles lock the car about 25 % of the time. After I close the door I push the lock button on the handle with no results, I may have to push it 5 or more times until it finally locks. If I just push it and walk away as I do in all MB cars prior and current there is a giant chance the car will be left unlocked.

another item is the car will start Navigating all by itself. I can tell by the screen will all of a sudden and without any voice or touch command will display turn by turn directions. I then have to say “cancel rout guidance” and the car will then repeat “canceling route guidance” has anyone else experienced this?

Also there seems to be a problem with the operation of the start/Stop function. When starting the car I DO NOT disable the function, sometimes it will operate as designed and shut the motor when I come to a stop and start back up when I release the break or move the steering wheel. Other times I will come to a stop, again the system is not shut off, as I stop the start stop log is not off and coming to a stop the logo will turn Amber in color with a line drawn through it, the car will then remain running from that point on and not shut down when coming to a stop.

and last but not least the car still has the situation of the seat back pitching forward at an extreme angle when opening the door with the ignition off and the easy entry/exit turned on.

anyone have any thought on these problems?

2020 Mercedes GLE 450
For the first one, it could be because your key "fall asleep". This happen to a number of us where the key went to sleep mode while driving, and it won't work until you wake it up by "shaking" it (motion sensor). It is possible that in the few times where you try to lock the door, you move the key enough to wake it up.

The second item is most likely the commute route. It is a setting in the navigation which it learns your travel pattern and provide "silence" guidance. It will have the route shown on map and on HUD but with the voice off.

For the third one, if you have the 450, it depends on the condition of the 48v system. It will not shut off if that battery is low. The same could also be true for the 350 but might happen more often since it does not have a separate battery.

For the last one, the seat does move backward with the seat back pitch forward. This is by design. But it should stop at near vertical and not an extreme angle.
