It appears that there is a gap on the right side of the 2nd exhaust tip is that normal?
I'm very picky and I inspected it thoroughly before leaving the shop to make sure the trim pieces were all aligned properly and the tips were all equal. What you are seeing is either a shadow as Ron mentioned or a perceived gap from the camera angle. They are aligned perfectly when viewed in person.

Thank you ! Lol, it's funny you say that because when I went looking for the GLE, I initially hated the look of the night package and preferred the chrome trim. My dealer talked me into it saying it's the new thing and he had one incoming that had all the features I wanted but it had the night package. I took his advice and it has really grown on me. When I see one with all the chrome now I much prefer the blacked out look.
99% sure the part number is 000-290-05-00 [at least that's what I have in my notes when I requested it 1.5 years ago], you can find it online for $135 (+shipping).
One thing I've learned since I did the modification is that the GLE63 tips will also work with the same diffuser. There are adapter trim pieces that are included with the 53 version that are not needed if you use the 63 tips. I guess it will come down to personal preference (round tips vs squarish) and price...
They are not connected but look to be part of the rear diffuser on the 450 & 53.

I know for sure the parts list I posted works on a 2020 GLE450 with the trailer hitch. It is however, the night package version. I do not have the guaranteed part numbers for the non night package option.

Everything was ordered through my dealer and I had their body shop do the installation. They did a perfect job, it looks 100% factory..... Here is the list of parts, total cost with labour was around $2600 CAD

I have a 2020 GLE 450 with the hitch and these are the part numbers they installed. They ordered the wrong one initially that did not have the cutout for the hitch. I believe its the same part used on the 63, they just don't need the filler part for around the tips.

Yes. It is xpel stealth paint protection film. I love the brilliant blue metallic in matte finish, but since it's not available for the GLE I had it wrapped, plus it added a good protection for the paint.
