Have a 2020 GLE450 with AMG package and 275x50 20" Tires, Looking at some options for replacements and better availability.
I noted that the size 285x50 20", It appears to be a slight increase in wheel size 30.9 to 31.2" change in diameter and a slight increase is width (10mm) and the corresponding ratio for aspect ratio.
On the surface, the speedometer will show slightly under speed but I don't see any other negatives.

275/50-20s average 31.0" OD (30.8-31.1). 285/50s are mostly 31.3". Makes sense if you do the math - .50 x 10mm x 2 = 10mm = 0.39". The 8.5" rim width is a little narrow but should be fine, as is suspension clearance. Will give you a little more curb protection and the speedometer difference would be minimal. I made the corresponding change on my 2012 ML.
Totally love this style of Rims/Wheels - found those on UK MB site. I just ordered GLE 53 and unfortunately those are not available here in Canada for GLE 53. Does anybody know the code name of these wheels? Also, do they exists in 21"? Any chance of buying them and shipping to Canada? What would be the price? thanks

The part numbers are A16740144007X71 (front) and A16740145007X71 (rear). They cost around 1600/1700 Euro (19% VAT included) per piece.
