Does anyone know the exact mechanics of the lumbar support?

The manual doesn’t give much detail on this. I have a 2020 GLE 350 ( w/ seat kinetics if it matters- but it’s off). It seems I can not get the lumbar support to fully deflate throughout the entire seat. I would put it all the way down then all the way back (deflated), then press up a little ( to move the support a little higher up on back) then back to deflate that part, and continue all the way up doing the same but then when I go back to lowest position it feels like it pushed out again (inflated).

Mine has stayed where I set it last. I haven’t figured it all out but there are some settings that seem to be controlled or fixed by the driver profile and individual settings. Settings that you might expect to remain as set reset as the ignition is cycled and I have one that resets after a few days. There may still be some bugs/software conflicts floating around.

Thanks for reply. My issue isn’t so much recalling the last way I had it but getting it to a comfortable position so I could store it.

Moving the arc up/dow and in/out are the only adjustment I found. The tilt of the rear seat also changes it a little.
