Had a order put in on Feb 28 of this year and just got the Vin today and states it has been produced 5/17/2021. I was told it wasn't going to be produced until the 2nd Decade of May but when I look at the status code I get a D3 Which says it's a POTENTIAL DELAY. Not sure if this is in reference to any chip shortage but was still told it would most likely be here by the end of the month. Here's to hoping it continues without any major delay.

Just got notified yesterday that the GLE I ordered was released to the Carrier and should be on the way. Delivery should be this week from what I was told. Once I get it and can take some pics I can post them.

My order was accepted/confirmed a few days before yours, so hopefully mine is on a similar trajectory.
Hmm, interesting changes. I’m glad they aren’t changing to the new steering wheel. I love that auto high beams are standard but it’s sad to see the shades and air balance go on the 350/450 and sad to see the shade headliner no longer available on any non AMG.
I finally picked up my wife's GLE350 4Matic on Saturday! For those who were counting the days, here was my timeline:
3/1/2021 - Placed the order. Was told it was for a June build slot, probably in the dealer mid to end of June.
4/6/2021 - Build was locked.
5/26/2021 - Production schedule rolled out. Car slated to be done by 6/5, at the dealer earliest 6/16
6/4/2021 - Vehicle arrived at dealer early. Was told our car was prioritized to get here as soon as it was built.
6/5/2021 - Picked up!
The reason we ordered was apparently white exterior/black interior is rare in Texas, and then adding the AMG Night package was even more difficult. But I'm glad we waited! Also added the topstitched dash last minute. Running boards were another odd option that was hard to find.

My GLE 450 order was placed on Feb 28 and I think submitted to Netstar on March 4th 2021. I was able to find a GLE that was already assigned to the dealership and make all changes to it before anything was locked which is why I think we got ours super fast. It was built May 17th and picked up on May 29th.

Welcome! I'm also waiting for my GLE to come in. You have my second choice of exterior color. The emerald green is beautiful!
My order for a 2022 GLE580 was submitted through Netstar on 6/11. Expected production 1st decade of November.
Diamond White/Macchiato, just about every option...This forum has been very helpful! Now the waiting game begins.
Got an update. My delivery is not via rail after all (though that is what it says in their system). It is being delivered via ship instead - the SA is not sure why it took this route, but at least we now have a confirmed date for delivery. June 24 the ship will dock, and 25th it will be on a transport truck headed to the dealership which will take about 3 days.
My 450 arrived at the dealership yesterday and I was there today to see inspect it pre-PDI, and take it for a drive. I'm super excited to take delivery next week, needless to say!!
So for timing in my particular case, the order was accepted Feb 25 and delivery will be at approximately the four month mark.
