Do you have anything plugged into your OBDII port? That can cause this error.
yes, I recently plugged in Progressive snapshot device which is used for tracking the driving pattern. I was also thinking that might be the reason, will take it out and check it again
this seems to happen to me after an Over the air update. Took “Mercedes me” support 6 weeks to determine it needed to go to the dealer for a Hermčs update and then nearly a week for the dealer to resolve it.

That is probably the cause. Happened to me when I had the 2018 E63S. Removed the GPS device from the OBDII and issue was gone. Actually the dealer figured it out.
The whole “Mercedes me” is limited. It’s implementation in MBUX is the worst I’ve experienced in a modern Mercedes. We’re lucky if it works without issue for two weeks at a time.
Hello I have been getting this message on my dash for last few days "Mercedes Me Connection Service Limited, See owner Manual"
Any idea what is this. I am attaching the picture here. How can I fix this message. I am able to login to my app from the phone without any issue
Thanks.
