48 V Battery
I Worked with MB Customer service to get towed for 7 hours, after 3 trucks showed up and all said they could not tow, Called AAA and they had at the dealer in 15 minutes. (Dolly, no wheels touching ground)
Now the real problem, dealer called me back the next day and said the issue was the 48 Volt battery and none were available in the US,, or Germany.
I have had a MB loner car a GLA 250 that they gave me for a month. I guess that means I will not get my car back for awhile.
Any one else have this problem and anyone have estimated wait for new battery?

I don't expect those who have already shared on various posts to re-post to yet another similar query.
Yes, batteries are a problem throughout the Industry, especially Euro cars because of hostile acquisition of battery companies. M-B is not exempt.
My GLE 450 was built on Jan 28 and is in transit now. I am very nervous that they are still being shipped with defective batteries with the intention of the customer dealing with this after purchase.

Haven't seen the message since, but the light persisted.
Checked it again tonight by hooking up my Bt OBD2 scanner. The check engine light was gone, but I got a P0AFB code from the scanner.
Troublecodes.net says "Hybrid Battery System Voltage High". Sounds like a similar problem to those here, though we haven't had the car fail to start.
We're concerned that we may get stuck somewhere, so we'll take it in and get it checked out. Bummer - our first issue.
Will update when we have more info - your input is always appreciated.
