Add co users picture in Profile 2020 MBUX GLE

Hi Folks..I have a 2020 GLE V167,of which I am the registered user. The the car is tied to my Mercedes Me account...which on my profile on the MBUX screen I have my picture instead of the grey icon..I did this by loading my pic on the Mercedes Me app ,connected and loaded into car.
My is wife a co user has her own Mercedes Me account, and I don't seem to be able to load her pic to replace the grey Icon in her pic profile.Loaded her pic onto her Mercedes Me app.
Does anyone have a solution to this ,or had success loading a co users pic to their profile.

I did it by loading the pic on the Mercedes Me webpage on my laptop.

Yes, I did that too, and I added her profile as a use on the GLE. Took a day or two for her pic to show up in the car.

Ahh yes, I forgot to mention it took almost a week for mine to show up as I only drive about twice a week and I'm in a poor cell coverage area.

I'm listed as the main user for our GLE in Mercedes me connect. My wife has her own Mercedes me connect account, and I invited her as a co-user from my Mercedes me connect account. I linked her photo in her Mercedes me connect account.

Hi -

Can you tell me how you added your wife as a co-user? I am trying to do that but am stuck.

I tried to invite my wife as a co-user by email address but got an error message on the Mercedes Me website that a new user could not be added.
My wife then created an account in the Mercedes Me app on her iPhone
I then invited her again through the website and this time it worked.
My wife logged in to the Mercedes Me portal using the PIN they sent but our car doesn't show up. She tried to add it by VIN but it says its already registered (because its under my email address)
The app on her iPhone just shows the "loading" spinner thingy.
Is this just a case of delays in the MB servers?

Thanks

Rich

So I deleted and re-added my wife and went through the whole process again. She did get an email confirming access. However, when we clicked on the link we ended up here

https://www.me.mercedes-benz.com/pas...-details.html?

(with a URL parameter that is our VIN)

However, the page seems stuck loading the Terms of Use. There is a gray box pulsing like its trying to load something and the "NEXT" button is disabled. Presumably the terms should load and once we scroll through them we can click "next".

We are using Chrome - maybe we should try a different browser? Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks

I tried the process again using Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome and saw the same behavior.

Hi --

MB sent me these instructions via email

To add couser to your vehicle, please perform the following:

1. Open the Mercedes Me Connect app
2. Tap the Menu bars in the top left corner
3. Tap the Vehicle
4. Select the vehicle to add couser to
5. Tap Manage Users
6. Tap Add user Button at the bottom
7. Tap Show QR Code
8. Have the Couser use their phone to scan the QR code.
9. Once they scan the code, tap Complete button

I was able to add my wife via her iPhone by scanning the QR code generated on my Android phone.
