The black star is a MB part but I bought mine on eBay. Make sure you get one for the 2020 model-the hatch is curved slightly so older ones would require reshaping with a heat gun.
The badges I found on Amazon but they are probably also on eBay. Mine were for the 53 but they had them for other models.
There is 2” 3M tape available, same sources, if you want to black out the hatch chrome piece
I skipped the sill protector and had Xpel added.
Putting them back on will be a major challenge since you would need new adhesive that’s not available to the best of my knowledge. Some paint them in place with a temporary paint also not easy…https://itstillruns.com/paint-car-emblems-5829307.html
For $100+/- new badges are the way to go.
