I have 21" wheels and wonder if it has different bolts than 20" wheels? I thought the bolts are all the same.
It appears that they are not. I'm in the process of returning the socket I bought from the link above because I didn't look before I bought. I have the hex head, not the flower head on my 21's.
It's best to compare a socket with what you have on your car.

I can’t speak to all of the bolts but the 2020+ N America (2019 in Europe) GLE bolt threads are all the same. The difference I’ve personally noted is that the night package with black bolts have a different head. Some night package wheels have silver bolts.
My 21’s came with a normal hex bolt head vs Florette on my 450. A hex 17mm hex socket will work on both but IMO you risk stripping the head on a Florette head bolt unless using a Florette socket. They are torqued to 110lbs +/-.
If you have 21’s with silver bolts you should have Florette…it’s easy to see the difference.
