I tried to remove the 20" AMG wheel on my 2020 GLE, and 1 of the 5 nuts can not be removed. Do I need special tool? I have a star shaped socket to remove 4 other nuts, but not the REGULAR looking one. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Look in the hatch there should be a small flat black plastic box with 4 bolts and a removal tool….those look like wheel locks.
Yes there should be a "key" similar to the picture below. With V167/X167, Mercedes is using Farad's Galaxy wheel locks (instead of Farad's Starlocks it has always used before). Galaxy is significantly more difficult to defeat (that is until duplicate keys will start circling around on the internet the same way as Mercedes' Starlock keys are).
