Tape on spoiler?

As a side note, while not subject to as much air resistance as this one, the carbon fiber lip spoiler on my M4 has held well with just tape for almost 8 years and 45k miles, with speeds up to 125 mph.

Does anyone have anything to add with rear roof spoilers for their GLE. These comments seem pretty old. Considering for new one. Thanks

It's not clear if having this spoiler does anything to keep the back of the car clean. So, all things considered, it may come down to a rather simple thing - the look of the car. If you like the look, get it installed. I didn't like it and didn't put on the order.

I dont like it either and decided after much consideration no go on the rear roof spoiler. almost seems ghetto to me trashy. trying to keep clean classy look to it. thanks for your opinion!

I do have one and prefer the look of it. Does nothing to keep rear clean, and don't believe that was ever the intention when designed. It is, however, carwash safe.

I have one , only bought it because I took a vehicle out of inventory and this one had it. The back of the car still gets dirty really don’t know if it makes any difference in the looks of the car. If it were up to me I would have saved the money and not have it
