I have the front and rear seats and like them. What sold me was a YouTube review of someone using them over the course of a year, gave them a spray and soapy brush, and they looked brand new.
I like it - it's big improvement without the cleats. I did give up some grip, making some items prone to sliding, but I have the WeatherTech cargo blocks which grip the mat pretty well to hold items in place. The mat cleans up beautifully. Something back there has started squeaking and creaking though. I don't think it's the TuxMat, but I'm going to take it out before my errands today to rule it out.
In my opinion, the cleated MB mat is best for gripping cargo with blocks, the TuxMat is best for looks, loading and ease of cleanup, and the WeatherTech is a nice compromise between the two. I haven't fully tested them for durability, so I can't say which would hold up best under severe duty.
