Yes, D50 means "released to carrier." This is from my order:

How do you see/find this information? My SA has been telling me for 2 weeks my vehicle has been released from the VPC and is waiting to ship. I asked if I could track this somehow and he said only he has access. I'd rather follow myself than email him weekly.

I don’t know of any tracking and can tell you released to carrier doesn’t mean it has shipped. Mine sat at the VPC 12-20 for over 4 weeks after hitting “released”. I found out later that the Front Bumper was replaced before shipping…thanks to a piece of tape on the lower windshield.

No way for the customer to track in the US; I believe you can in Europe. Dealer gets the information from their NetStar computer program.

Interesting, thanks. I thought released meant it completed inspection and was waiting for a truck, but I guess that's not the case. My SA told me 2 weeks ago he thought it would ship and be at the dealership before Christmas. I guess he's just guessing at this point.

Thanks. I figured that might be the case. Pretty silly that we can't track our build online.
